Premodernist style room, 35 m2. It has a wide balcony, ideal for moving material and shooting.

The rental of the room includes a waiting room that can be used by the technical team, with a TV to watch the scenes that are shooted, and a WC. It can also be used to shoot.

There is an extra room with computers that can be used by the DIT with if it has been notified by the producer.
